For those practices that have more than

charge is per site. (1 site comes with your original license)
Technical Support per Hour
Technical Support is available the first 30
days at no charge. Thereafter @ $98.95 per hour minimum charge for problem
resolution will apply. Please contact us for our custom programming rates.
Annual Technical Support
You may purchase an Annual Technical Support
Contract which shall cover any problems related to The Optical
Frame Inventory Management Module software package. This contract
will cover no charge for Major Updates, the support for a software related
incident past the original first 30 days and offers discounts on custom
programming related to the Inventory Management
software.
